Once you submit your letter award replacement form below, an OU Athletics staff member will contact you at the email provided below to confirm your replacement order and secure payment information. Your letter award status must be confirmed before your replacement process begins.

Replacement orders are processed once per month. We may contact you to confirm order details and payment information during this process. You will receive an email or phone update when your order is finalized and ready to ship.

Please note: Only items you were previously eligible for and received can be replaced. Eligibility will be verified using our historical records.
