What if I want to sit with other season ticket holders for the Red River Rivalry?
Once you and your favorite Sooners’ selection times become available, you may coordinate selecting seats together. If sitting next to another season ticket holder is paramount to your gameday experience, it is recommended to log in to your OU Athletics account at the same time and view the available inventory together.
What is a primary location vs. a secondary location?
Your primary location can be selected from any available inventory you see on the online interactive map. To provide the greatest number of accounts with prime seating locations, accounts at the Captain level ($15,000+) and below will have the opportunity to select up to six tickets in a primary location. Any number of tickets greater than six will be selected from a secondary location.
All-American level ($25,000+) members and above will be eligible to select up to eight tickets in a primary location with all remaining tickets available to be selected from a secondary location.

What if I don’t select anything during the process?
Those who miss their selection time will automatically be assigned a seat based on the best available location. Please note, not participating in the online process could impact your Red River Rivalry seat location(s) and/or your home game parking location(s) for the upcoming season.
Will I be able to move my seats once I make my selection?
Once you have completed the online selection, you will not be able to move your Red River Rivalry seat location(s) and/or your home game parking location(s) for the upcoming season.
Will I be able to add Red River Rivalry seats during the online selection process?
You will only have access to select seat locations for tickets you are eligible for prior to the start of this process.
If I don’t like the location I receive, can I request a refund?
Per the university policy outlined by the OU Foundation, refunds are not offered for any ticket and/or donation payments.
I requested additional Red River Rivalry tickets. Will I select these during the online selection process?
After the seat selection process has been completed, we will be able to understand if we are able to fulfill additional ticket requests. You will be notified via email if we are able to fulfill your request.
I only have home game parking on my account, not Red River Rivalry tickets. What should I do?
Login to your OU Athletics account and click Select Your Red River Showdown Seats & Parking under Upgrade Opportunities. Watch the “how to” video on the Instructions page, view the availability and select your home game parking lot location for the season. You will not select Red River Rivalry seats.
What is a Boomer Lot vs. a Sooner Lot?
Members at the Bud Wilkinson level ($7,500+) and above are eligible to select their home game parking location from our Boomer Lots. Members at the Gold level ($4,000+) are automatically assigned a parking pass in the Parkview Lot, located to the southeast of Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Parking passes are awarded (1) pass per (3) tickets up to the maximum allowable number noted on our webpage. To view the football parking map or learn more, click here.
Can I increase my donation to be eligible to select my home game parking location?
Yes! Accounts at the Gold level ($4,000+) will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Bud Wilkinson level ($7,500+) during the online selection process and be eligible to select your home game parking location. For accounts at the Silver level ($2,000+) and below, if you would like to upgrade your account to the Bud Wilkinson level, please call the Sooner Club at 405-325-8000 from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
I have completed my selections. When can I expect to receive my home game parking passes and/or Red River Rivalry tickets?
Home game parking passes and Red River Rivalry tickets will be delivered digitally via the Oklahoma Sooners app. Parking passes will be delivered in August. Red River Rivalry tickets will be delivered will be delivered at least two weeks prior to the game.
What row does the shade begin in the Cotton Bowl?
The shaded rows begin at rows 45-46.
How do I know if the seat I select will have a limited viewpoint?
When you hover your mouse over an available seat, the message Limited View will show if this seat happens to be near a column.
What about tickets purchased through the Touchdown Club?
Tickets that are purchased from the Touchdown Club will be allocated and delivered separately.
